Yacht Club Accessories guarantees 2 years warranty for all of our sunglasses. The
warranty includes defects in manufacture or in material as well as craftsmanship. Yacht
Club Accessories as a company reserves the right to determine the applicable warranty
stated (manufacture defects/ material defects/ craftsmanship defects).
Yacht Club Accessories requires a proof of purchase, such as copy of the invoice or the
order number. Photos of the defects as well as returning the original pair is also required
when warranty request is approved. If your warranty request is applicable and approved,
Yacht Club Accessories guarantees to repair or replace the defected item at no cost to
you.

All warranty claims must be submitted only through our online store and Warranty
request form provided, as dealers are not authorized to provide warranty services on our
products.

When applying for warranty one or more of these forms of Proof of Purchase are
requested:

• Picture or a scan of the physical receipt (date of purchase and retailer name must be
  visible)
• Picture of bank statement with highlited purchase date & retailer name
