Returns & Exchanges
It is possible to return or exchange items which were purchased directly from our website. The returns must be in original packaging, proof of purchase is also required. One of our customer service representatives will help you with the process, until your new order is completed. Once we recieve the returning or exchanging item, we will ship you the new item within 5 business days or issue a refund with a confirmation email. Additional billing may apply as Yacht Club Accessories do not refund returning shipping costs.

We strongly recomend you to use a traceable method when returning our products as Yacht Club Accessories is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. We are sorry, but we do not refund your shipping costs. The products will be returned back to you via Slovak Postal Service of course for free.
