It is possible to return or exchange items which were purchased directly from our website. The returns must be in original packaging, proof of purchase is also required. One of our customer service representatives will help you with the process, until your new order is completed. Once we recieve the returning or exchanging item, we will ship you the new item within 5 business days or issue a refund with a confirmation email. Additional billing may apply as Yacht Club Accessories do not refund returning shipping costs.

Sunglasses return / exchange terms:

• Must be in brand new condition, with original packaging & included the proof of purchase.
• Returns/ exchanges must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the original delivery to you.
